Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Social Post Generator (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

Social Post Generator prepares AI-assisted social media drafts, visuals and suggested dates from business context supplied by the customer. Customers review, edit, download and publish the output themselves. Publishing through another tool requires manually transferring captions and uploading visuals. Downloaded files may need reformatting for that tool.

The Service does not auto-publish, schedule posts, manage engagement or guarantee reach, engagement, followers, leads, sales or other business results.

3. Accounts

Creating an account does not require a card and does not start a paid content batch. Paid generation requires an account, completed onboarding and an active subscription. You must provide accurate information and protect access to your account.

4. Subscription, Add-Ons and Billing

• The mandatory Facebook and Instagram base costs $39/month in USD.
• LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest and X each cost an additional $10/month in USD.
• TikTok and YouTube Shorts are Coming Soon and are not included or billable.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes may apply.

Current prices and included output are shown on the Pricing page. We will give reasonable notice of material price changes that affect existing subscribers.

5. Fixed Cadence and Platform Changes

An active subscriber may begin one complete batch every 28 days. This generation cooldown is independent of the monthly billing date. Platform frequency and content-type mix are fixed and cannot be customised.

Add-on changes requested after checkout take effect at the next billing renewal. A batch uses the active platform entitlements recorded when generation starts; later changes do not modify a batch already in progress. Removing a platform does not delete historical content.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel through account settings. Access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period. The first payment of a new subscription is covered by the 30-day policy described in our Refund Policy. Renewals and unused portions are not automatically refundable.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Create illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory or deceptive content
• Create spam, impersonate another person or violate platform rules
• Infringe privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights
• Distribute malware, disrupt the Service or bypass security controls
• Resell access or offer generated output as a competing generation service

8. Customer Content and Output

You retain ownership of business information and assets you supply. Subject to third-party rights and provider terms, generated output is licensed to you for your business use. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to inputs and for confirming that final output is lawful and appropriate.

9. AI Output and Customer Review

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable.
• Verify facts, names, dates, prices, offers and claims.
• Review tone, image rights, accessibility and current platform rules.
• You are responsible for the final decision to publish.

10. Availability and Changes

The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or other disruptions. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. A Coming Soon label is not a promise of a release date or final scope.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Post Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes should first be raised in good faith and, if unresolved, may be brought before the appropriate South African courts.
